We cordially invite you to participate as a sponsor of the Soddy-Daisy Fall Festival held at Soddy-Daisy Lake & Municipal Park, hosted by Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful. Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful was created to help raise money to help beautify and improve Soddy-Daisy and surrounding communities.
The event will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2022.
There are various levels of sponsorship available for the Fall Festival. As you will see, each sponsor will be highly visible in many aspects of the event. We hope that you will consider sponsoring this event.
Fall Festival Sponsorship Opportunities:
Friends of the Festival (Individual Sponsor) $100+ suggested donation (for Individual Donors)
- Invitation to the Annual Special Event for Volunteers & Sponsors
- Name listed on the KSDB website
- Two (2) complimentary race entries w/ event t-shirts
Silver Sponsor $150+ Suggested Donation
- Includes all opportunities listed above as well as:
- Link on the KSDB website to your business for one year
- Brochure space available in Information Booth
Gold Sponsor $250+ Suggested Donation
- Includes all opportunities listed above as well as:
- Sponsorship/Name Recognition With Logo/Name Displayed on Event Program
- Booth Space (10’ x 10’) for 5K & Fall Festival
Diamond Sponsor $350+ Suggested Donation
- Includes all opportunities listed above as well as:
- Recognition on stage at Opening Ceremony
- Listed as top sponsor on Keep Soddy-Daisy Beautiful website and all race materials with logo, including event t-shirts.
- Promotional materials in race bag (these are due by October 5, 2022)

Platinum Sponsor $500+ Suggested Donation
- Includes all opportunities listed above as well as:
- Logo displayed on all marketing materials
- Opportunity to speak onstage during event
- Two (2) extra complimentary race entries w/ event t-shirts
Special Sponsor $750+ Suggested Donation
- Includes all opportunities listed above as well as:
- Banner/sign of sponsor’s choice at the area that you sponsor (bounce, art, activity, animal, carving, music)
A receipt of your donation will be sent to you for your records. For your records our Tax I.D. Number is 86-2250859.
Additional Sponsorship Information:
Sponsors can choose to have company name listed or submit a logo (based on level of sponsorship).
Artwork and logos must be submitted to [email protected] as follows:
- Logos for T-shirts will be printed only in one-color and should be submitted as hi-res (300 dpi) JPEG or EPS files.
- Logos for signage should be submitted as hi-res (300 dpi) JPEG or EPS files.
- Logos for web site should be submitted as 300 dpi JPEG or PNG files.
Sponsorship opportunities include in-kind donations of goods or services, as well as monetary support. All donations will go toward the cost of hosting the Fall Festival to ensure community members can participate equitably.
